Born in Germany and based in Bali, Mathias is a globally recognized expert known for his integrity and depth of knowledge in health and well-being. He has guided royalty and business leaders in Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo, Moscow, and New York.

With a background in business administration and psychology, Mathias served as a director for a naturopathic company in Asia, where he developed a uniquely creative approach to corporate wellness. He shares lesser-known facts that change health outcomes — micronutrient dosing, frequency, and timing among them — and introduces the concept of “de-rusting” cells: a strategy that addresses the cause, not the symptom.
