Four Diamond Wellness

The experience

From the first blood draw to the room where ninety-nine boards meet.

What an engagement actually feels like, in order — for the board that signs it and for every employee underneath it.

  1. Every six months · Included

    The biological optimisation test

The C-level board is tested free of charge, every six months. The first test sets the executive baseline; each retest measures the movement against it. No separate diagnostic invoice is ever raised.

  2. Continuous · Digital concierge

Direct access, one meeting in person

Direct access to Mathias Koester throughout the engagement, with the physical meeting reserved for what deserves it: a single C-level board meeting at a top-tier hotel.

Access runs on a private encrypted channel — one named contact per organisation, never a shared group, so no director’s question is visible to another company or to their own colleagues. It carries the reading of your cohort report, the decisions the programme asks of you, and the questions a board would rather not route through its own staff. Individual results are never discussed on it; those stay with the laboratory. Anything clinically urgent goes to the individual and their own physician, the same day.

  3. 30 October 2026 · Live

    The founding cohort convenes

The board session is delivered live on Zoom at 13:00 UTC and recorded for every seat. Executive board only — human resources managers are excluded by design.

  4. Annually · Every employee

    The employee broadcast

Every employee receives a dedicated online session once a year, delivered as a pre-recorded broadcast. One access link goes to one named responsible person and circulates by internal email — or sits on the intranet or learning-management system. No employee accounts, and no employee list is ever held.

  5. Quarterly rhythm · Your own reporting

    Measurement inside your own numbers

Outcome measurement runs through a framework built for your own internal reporting — the recovery shows up where your board already looks, not in a vendor deck.

  6. Every year · Renewal-exclusive

    The annual executive summit

Renewal carries the exclusive right to the yearly executive summit — the networking room where the ninety-nine convene. Participation belongs to clients whose engagement is unbroken; re-entry after a lapse carries an additional £30,000 per quarter.

The continuity

The executive baseline and the cohort benchmarking attach to the engagement and cannot be reconstructed elsewhere. An organisation that leaves starts again from zero — the economical route is an unbroken term.

The room

Ninety-nine companies. One cohort. Then it closes.

The cap is permanent. When the ninety-nine are taken the programme closes to new clients and no further cohort is opened.

The event in detail

What the engagement protects

Three things a lapsed client loses.

The biological ledger

The baseline set at the first test, and every six-month retest read against it. It attaches to the engagement and cannot be rebuilt elsewhere.

The broadcast

The employee broadcast link stops working for the workforce from the day an engagement ends.

The summit seat

The annual executive summit is exclusive to unbroken engagements. Re-admission, where offered, carries an additional £30,000 per quarter.
