Seats & investment
A single recurring enterprise tariff covers the executive board and every employee in the organisation. No tiers, no add-ons, no card machine — a seat is reserved, confirmed, and settled on invoice.
£150,000 / quarter
£600,000 across a full contract year — covering the executive board and every employee in the organisation. Contracted in Pound Sterling; local-currency billing is applied on the invoice.
No payment is taken online. The office confirms eligibility first, then issues the invoice.
The company, not a person. One seat is one enterprise. The whole C-level board joins the live Zoom session and is tested; three named directors — ordinarily the CEO, CFO and COO — attend the in-person meeting. They may be changed by written notice.
Enterprises of 500–2,500 employees. Below five hundred the fixed tariff does not amortise; above two thousand five hundred the delivery model loses the intimacy that makes it work.
A twelve-month term that renews automatically, with the quarterly tariff continuing. Renewal carries the exclusive right to the annual executive summit; a client that leaves and is later re-admitted pays an additional £30,000 per quarter on re-entry. The digital concierge service is non-refundable once access is made available — full wording in the terms of engagement.
How settlement works
Corporate cards are not used at this value. The quarterly tariff is settled by bank transfer — Faster Payments or CHAPS in the United Kingdom, SEPA credit transfer in the euro area, wire or ACH in the United States — with a secure payment link issued with each invoice. Clients who prefer the quarterly payment to repeat without re-approval may place a standing order with their own bank; payment is accepted only from a business account in the name of the contracting organisation.

A compliant invoice is issued with a secure payment link. Local-currency billing is applied on the invoice for clients invoiced outside the United Kingdom.
Bank transfers at this value clear in three to five business days in the ordinary course. Your seat is held from the date payment is initiated and is not released while a payment is in clearing. A standing order may be placed against the same details so the quarterly payment repeats automatically.
Settlement details
The bank details are issued with your invoice and are always available in the client area. They are not published on the open web, so they cannot be copied by bots or used in payment fraud.
