The founding cohort · 30 October 2026

Ninety-nine boards. One room. It convenes once.

A board-level transformation event for the C-suite of enterprises with 500 to 2,500 employees — live on Zoom at 13:00 UTC, followed by a single in-person meeting at a top-tier hotel.

99

Companies in total, plus Mathias Koester as host. Hard capped.

30 Oct 2026

Friday. The founding cohort convenes at 13:00 UTC.

500–2,500

Employee band. Enterprises outside it are not eligible.

C-suite

Executive board only. Human resources managers are excluded.

Start time — Friday 30 October 2026, 13:00 UTC. 06:00 Los Angeles · 09:00 New York · 13:00 London · 14:00 Berlin · 15:00 Johannesburg · 18:30 Delhi · 21:00 Bali. The session is recorded; every seat receives the recording, so a director in a difficult time zone loses nothing by watching later.

01 — Allocation

When the ninety-nine are gone, the cohort closes.

The cap is not a marketing device. Beyond ninety-nine the room stops being a room and the delivery model — personal, direct, unmediated — breaks. There is one cohort and one only: when the ninety-nine are taken the programme closes to new clients and does not reopen.

The attention then belongs entirely to the ninety-nine. Each engagement runs on a twelve-month term that renews automatically into the next unless notice is given under the engagement contract, with the quarterly tariff continuing — so the relationship is a long one by design rather than a course that ends.

Renewal is also the door to the annual executive summit — the room where the ninety-nine convene each year to network as a cohort. Participation is exclusive to clients whose engagement is unbroken: a client that leaves and is later re-admitted pays an additional £30,000 per quarter on re-entry.

The arithmetic of one empty chair makes the term worth protecting. A single director out for a quarter — burnout, a cardiac event — costs an enterprise millions before the loss is even measured. Prevent one such absence and the year’s tariff has already paid for itself.

99 of 99 company places remaining

An audience seated in rows at a corporate event, lit from the stage.

One seat is one enterprise, not one person — the seat is held by the company and the attending directors are named to the office on reservation. Seat allocation is updated by the office as reservations are confirmed. A seat is held for seven days from enquiry, then released.

Who is in the room

  • Chief executives. The person accountable for the number the programme moves.
  • Chief financial officers. Presenteeism, absence and replacement cost are their line items.
  • Chief operating officers. Where unplanned absence turns into missed schedule.
  • Board directors. Including non-executives with a remuneration or risk remit.
  • Top sales agents. By arrangement, where an introduction is being made.

Who is not

Human resources managers are excluded by design. They are rarely party to a decision at this level, and the register of the room changes when the conversation shifts from financial exposure to benefits administration. HR becomes central at deployment — not at the case.

02 — Format

Three hours. Three movements. One roadmap.

The session is delivered personally by Mathias Koester and is structured to finish with a decision rather than a follow-up. For the C-level board it is live on Zoom, followed by the in-person meeting at a top-tier hotel.

  1. Movement one · Diagnostic

What this is costing you today

Your organisation’s financial exposure, itemised: health insurance premiums, presenteeism, absenteeism and replacement cost, modelled against your own headcount and salary structure rather than a sector average.

  2. Movement two · Strategy

The evidence-based protocols that stop it

The published interventions with the strongest measured effect on the drivers identified in the diagnostic — biochemical, metabolic and cognitive — and what each is documented to return.

  3. Movement three · Implementation

    The ninety-day deployment roadmap

Sequencing, named owners inside your business, and the measurement framework your own team will run internally. The board leaves with a plan, not a proposal.

  4. Included · Company-wide · Pre-recorded

    The annual employee session

Every employee in the organisation receives a dedicated online session once a year as part of the tariff, delivered as a pre-recorded broadcast so the same message reaches the whole workforce without a live connection to fail. It covers the facts of the deficiencies draining the business and what each person should do about them, and it is where the company-wide presenteeism and medical saving is actually realised.

  5. Included · C-level · Every six months

    The biological optimisation test

Free of charge for the C-level board and covered by the tariff. It sets the executive baseline, and it is repeated every six months so the movement in the markers is measured twice a year.

The shape of the day

Live, in person, and on record.

Three movements, in order. The working session is live; the recording follows to every seat, so no time zone loses anything.

  1. 13:00 UTC · Live on Zoom

    The founding cohort convenes

The C-level board session, delivered live by Mathias Koester to the ninety-nine. Executive board only — the attending directors are named to the office on reservation.

  2. Following the session · In person

One board meeting at a top-tier hotel

A single C-level board meeting at a top-tier venue — confirmed to reserved boards. This is the room the summit grows out of: ninety-nine boards, one table at a time.

  3. After the meetings · On record

    The recording reaches every seat

The session is recorded and the recording goes to every reserved seat. Separately, every employee in each organisation receives the annual pre-recorded broadcast through one circulated link.

The venue

A top-tier hotel, confirmed on reservation.

The in-person board meeting is held at a top-tier venue. The location is confirmed to reserved boards by the office — the room is sized to the cohort, and the cohort is capped.
